Suicide

We often wonder why someone would commit suicide, and how is it that for the most part, people around them never see their cry for help.
One of the most common things said after an individual dies by suicide is… "I would have helped the situation had I known what he or she was going through".
The truth is... most of us always know what the victim experienced before he or she chose the path of suicide, but by the time they are gone, we realize it is actually too late to help them, so we cry out in remorsefulness of not being there to help that individual before they would have chosen that path.
As human beings we always seem to have an opinion as to how and what we could have done differently to help save a persons life, but the truth is... very few people come up with a solution that can help to save someone contemplating killing them self.
There is hope for people who contemplate suicide, but for most people the word ‘hope’ does not exist when they have a want to die. So it takes more than just telling them there’s hope, but rather by reaching out and touching that person's life, showing them love, care understanding for whatever it is they are going through, sometimes it takes going the extra mile
Remember what you take lightly someone else may take it to heart, we are all made up differently and the things that affect someone else, you may be able to fight through it .

If someone tells you he or she wants to commit suicide, wants to die or don't see the need to live, you should not take that lightly, if you are not in the position to help them, I would advise you to get someone who is qualified of help them. A.S.A.P
Confidentiality is not important when a person tells you he or she is desperately considering suicide. Most times an individual will never say it out in words, but, there are many cries and signs that a person is crying out for help. Some of the signs to look for are:
Changes in sleep habits, sleeping not much or not at all, Change in your weight or appetite, Loss of interest in usual activities, withdrawal from everyone, not wanting to see or hear from people who you would normally talk to, or always wanting to talk to people but have nothing of substance to say, sometimes just wanting to know that someone is on the other line, feelings of hopelessness, feelings of rejection, worthlessness, unloved ,always looking for approval from someone, or always looking for friends or love in the wrong places, most of these also fall under depression and depression can be the main factor which can also lead to suicide
Though not everyone that suffers depression end up as a suicidal victim, depression serves as a common cause that does lead to suicide. Depression is not a sin; it is best describe as a weak, uncomfortable feeling that makes you feel or have the attitude of hopelessness and despair.
Fighting against depression is not easy, but it can be done through Christ, the power of prayer, Bible study, and, fellowship among other believers.
The Feelings of depression can go away when the depressed person focuses less on himself, or his situation, and put that focus on Christ. It is also important to seek help right away, and talk to someone about what you are going through.
I believe that eighty percent of people who commit suicide do it out of selfishness, thinking about their feelings and not thinking about others. It is also a form of rebellion, rebellion against the will of God and what he has planed for your life, notwithstanding that God has created us to go through trials and tribulations.
The other twenty percent of people, who commit suicide, I conclude, suffer from mental illnesses or they are demonized by witchcraft or a spell, and that person doesn’t know what he or she is doing. However, it still does not justify the act; it is self murder and HELL! Awaits you.
People, who suffer from depression, often commit Suicide or have suicidal thoughts BUT I want to advise you, that suicide is never the way to go. Suicide only serves as a devastation to our loved ones you never intend to hurt; it is a horrible, terrible tragedy and anyone who has someone or knows someone who committed suicide knows the devastation it brings.
It is not fair to your loved ones to go thought this devastation. So if you or maybe someone you know is contemplating suicide please don't let pride get in the way. Talk to someone, not just anyone, but someone who is capable of helping you.
Satan's job is to convince those who feel unloved, unwanted and hopeless that there is no other way, or no way out, but if you kill your self, YOU WILL END UP IN HELL and there will be no way out! So speak life over your life, you shall live and not die. God has a plan for your life. God forgives every sin if you pray and repent for forgiveness. However If you commit Suicide, you have committed self murder, and you cannot repent because you would have died already died.
1 Corinthians 3:16-17 NIV) [16] don’t you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? [17] If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is sacred, and you are that temple.
