Worry Flees When One Believes

Worry Flees When One Believes

I use to worry a lot about everything, but then I came to realise that when we worry it is a sign that we don't trust God to work things out for us.
My now experience is when you turn to God,He will lead you through what ever it is that you are going through. Things may seem hard and unbearable at first, but God will give you knowledge that will evenutally make all your worries go away when you have obtained a deep enough faith and understanding of what is going on in the world and how you should respond to it all.The key to getting through your hard times is to understand that it is a test of faith, and that God is asking you, will you follow God no matter what? For following God no matter what is one lesson we must master to have all our worries go away.
This does not mean you can just lay in bed and wait for a miracle. Just let Him guide you and keep the faith. How to start this process? Make a sincere offering to God, pray and tell God you want your worries to be lifted, that you want to find the way ask for wisdom and knowledge, and ask God to lead you to this, leading you with little signs showing you the way but its then up to you to follow those leads .
We take our worries to the Lord, knowing and trusting that He is in control,... when we live our lives living for the Lord, He brings peace to our hearts and mind.
There are times when we would liketo think we can solve any problem and we like to be in total control of any situation. But God has the final say in our life and itisupto himk to lead us through, He is in control of every situation in our lives. The Bible says we will be tested. So we will have to make sure we keep believing. Events in your life that you see as horrible, could turn out to be a gift from God years later. Read the Bible over and over, pray though out each day, help others all the time.
The Bible also tells us that we can spare ourselves a whole lot of stress and honor God a lot more by turning our problems into prayers. In Luke12 :22 :31 Vs. 22. And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?26 If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory 1 Kgs. 10.4-7 · 2 Chr. 9.3-6 was not arrayed like one of these.28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is today in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.So you see... God is big enough to handle our cares. He's much more experienced at solving problems than we are. If you trust in Him, seek Him & believe He sent His Son to die for you, you'll bear fruit & grow patient,to be more capable of dealing with life .
Prayer, fellowship, teaching and communion are requirements and are very important to help us through life's journey.
When you start to get worried, choose to be
clear-minded, instead. Remember that you can cast your cares upon God because he cares for you.

Letting Go!

Letting Go!
Saying goodbye can be really painful, but there are some things in life that we need to let go of and say good bye to. As the song writer says... we have to know when to walk away, know when to run. It simply means just letting go, no matter how you do it, Just let Go!
There are just some things in life, we have to come to a decision that it is time to get rid of. There are things that will drive us insane and there are other things that will just simply wear us down, these things have brought you more heartache and pain, and more sorrow than joy…Be it a friend, and situation, a job, or whatever it is that is stopping you from walking in the Gods perfect will.
When I decided to walk away from the occult more than a year ago, at first before I made a full commitment to God, I asked myself… how was I going to live without the people I had known for so long?... I thought it was hard starting over a new life knowing that I have invested so much time and energy in the occult. However I knew that once I had walked away God was going to take care of every situation in my life and that he was going to restore me. I also came to realized that my years spent in the occult, were years wasted, I spent my time doing something that really had no purpose and really didn't matter, something that brought me more pain that joy and yet I continued to held on to it. I was so buried in it that there were things I couldn’t see there were times that after the pains had ended I had began to look at it as joy, or even tell myself that, it would get better soon, when truth is… it was never going to get better. Nothing will without God!.
Letting go can be hard at first, but I will assure you that when you let go of something, God always has something better in store for you. God has a plan and purpose for each and everyone of us, but it is up to us to let go of the old things in order to receive the new. It will be hard to see the vision right now when we are stuck in an emotional vacuum that will only hold us down. But if we trust God, forget about everything and everyone else and Give God that chance, it is then that we will more forward and grow, knowing that God is able to do all things, all we have to do is just let him, take the step, take the chance, let go of whatever it is that have you bound, I will assure you that once you have Jesus will lead the way and I promise you that everything will work out better that you can ever imagine.
Let go today! It is time to let go! Let Go and Let God.

Loneliness the Times of Sanctification

Loneliness the Times of Sanctification
I think all of us experience a certain amount of loneliness. I have, and still do. Feeling lonely can come in several forms. We can feel lonely physically, whenever friends and family are not with us. We can feel lonely spiritually, during this time we seem unable to feel God's presence, which happens to all of us. We can even feel all alone in our opinions, especially when our opinions are not the same as anyone else's. Just as each of us has to learn how to put up with the crowds, each of us must also learn how to handle our times of loneliness. Loneliness is more often an unpleasant experience than it is nice, but loneliness is a very necessary part of the sanctifying process. This is why God allows us to experience loneliness.
In Matthew 14:22 -23 say: And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away. And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen; I will be exalted in the earth. Psalm 46:10
There were times when the Lord Jesus chose to be alone. We read in the Bible that Jesus spent as many as forty days alone, fasting and was tempted by the devil. We also read how He miraculously fed the multitudes, healed them, cast out their demons, taught them God's Word, and afterwards He would desire to be alone for awhile. This is something we all should pay attention to. If Christ Jesus who Is sinless needed time alone, then the sinners He is saving need time alone too. Each of us must reserve some alone time, so that we may be still, pray to the Father and hear what He has to say to us.
Every now and then, the Father will put us in our lonely place. We may forget we must spend time alone, but He does not. He knows we often need alone time, and He is faithful to it. We may have to endure periods of loneliness so that He may grow us stronger in preparation for something larger we have yet to encounter. This is something only He would know we needed, and when. Also, He may appoint times of loneliness that force us to reflect on our lives or on any bad attitude or behaviors we may have, so that we might renounce them and repent. The periods of loneliness may be tranquil and pleasant, sorrowful and gut wrenching, or may even turn into a wrestling match with God, which might only take one night or up to years to complete.
Psalm 4:3 says; But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him
1st Thessalonians 4:7 For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
I do not believe we will ever entered a lonely place without there being a reason for it. We may enter loneliness, and come out of it, without ever knowing why, but this does not mean it was of no use. There are times when we know exactly why, but Regardless of what we think we know or not, I'm certain the lonely place has a specific purpose for all of us. Each lonely place we come to should be taken as an opportunity divinely engineered. While there, we should welcome any changes to our lives the Father has in mind. It is a holy time, indeed. It is a time when God has set us apart from everyone else. Our lives, for His purposes, are the center of attention while we are totally alone with Him. If relationship and fellowship with God does not work during the lonely times, it will work nowhere else.

Hiding the Problems is the Biggest Problem

Hiding the Problems is the Biggest Problem
Most of us has the tendency of hiding our problems, be it that we are ashamed to share our self with others, we don't trust anyone, or its maybe a matter where we just don't want others knowing anything about us. I use to be guilty of all the above, until I came to realize that It is the hidden things in our life that can cause us the greatest physical and spiritual harm ever.
Life would be so much easier for us if the roots to our problems were not hidden so well. If we could just reach down to what holds them in place and discover what gives them negative influencing power, we could deal with them God's way and be cured. We could renounce any sin that was involved, and we could renounce the curses of them since God's Word tells us that Jesus' death on the cross was for this purpose, too. We could confess and repent of our own willful involvement in these sins if that were the case. We could forgive the perpetrator who sinned against us by believing that God is just and holy and will make certain justice is done for His name’s sake. Then, we could lay down our right to feel hurt and angry, fully trusting in the Father to heal our wounds this problem created. However, we cannot do these wonderful things if we do not know the problems' roots, or if we are unaware that the problem even exists. But here are some ways to reconize the problem.
The three D's that hide problems and their roots
Demons -Unclean spirits that uses tricks to block persons from discovering what his or her problem is and what its roots might be.
Deception - Deliberate and controllable action of the human will that blocks someone else’s discovery of the problem or events responsible for causing it.
Dissociation - The awful result of trauma that leaves one part of the person knowing exactly what happened (an alter personality), but that one part deliberately hides it from all the rest of the person and everyone else.
Out of the three D's that hide problems (demons, deception and dissociation), demons are the most easily dealt with. When the Father sees that we sincerely want to be free, He will make the demons divulge the problems they hide and all the events that surround them. Our Father will make the demons confess their strongholds whenever He has determined we are ready to deal with the matter His way and not ours.
Deception and dissociation are the two D's most difficult to handle since these are attributed to the choice of the human free will. Our Father is gentle and will not always expose a problem that we, or some other part of ourselves, fight so hard to hide. These two D's can only be dealt with by way of openness and honesty. Both openness and honesty must come from us. It must be our own free will decision to share with Him our problems, and confess our sins to Him. He invites us to come to Him, but He will not make us come to Him. He tells us we must be open and be honest with Him, but He allows us the free will to disobey Him. The problem with disobedience is that it secures bondage and can never free us.
Reasons why some people continue to hide their problems
guilt
shame
pride
emotional pain
fear
trust issues
Whenever we have a problem we'd like to keep to ourselves, we are quick to defend against someone finding out what that the real problem is. Although the exact nature of our problem might not be made known by what we do or say, a person who knows what to look for can easily determine a problem exists in us. The give-away clues are commonly known as defense mechanisms. Defense mechanisms are behaviors we use to defend our secrets.
quick subject changes
faking sudden illnesses
pouting or crying
instigating arguments that have nothing to do with the current subject matter
excessive questioning with intentional refusal to accept another's answers
withdrawal
excessive excuse making
morbid joking about hurtful incidents
defiance - doing and saying the opposite of what's right
anger
sarcasm
shouting
silent treatments
lying - including self-deception
fantasy - inventing unrelated problems that do not really exist
manipulative behavior that demands others tiptoe around you or they must pay dearly
making threats - suicidal & self-injurious responses whenever too close to the truth of a matter
The biggest problem is hiding the other problems. It is the blockage that prevents us from escaping our emotional pain. It is unrealistic to expect any healing without God's help. And God may hold back His help until we are totally honest and open with Him and with ourselves. Unless dealt with God's way, the emotional wounds continue to fester and can get worse.

Freedom in Truth

Freedom in Truth
We live in a world today where it seems okay to be less than truthful. It may seem okay to you to tell a small white lie, but it really is not okay. You can fool everyone else, but you cannot fool God. Our Father knows when you and I are not truthful so it is more than impossible to fool him.
It is unreasonable to think we can be free from sin or bondages if we are not honest and sincere about everything. As we examine our life it is up to us to ask ourselves…Are we being honest with ourselves, others or more so with the Father? If the answer is no then it means that we are living in Bondage and we are living a self deceptive life. If your goal is complete and total deliverance, and keeping it, you should concentrate on knowing the truth of God's grace and avoiding all the lies. Jesus was serious when He said the truth sets you free. "So what is the truth?" It took me years to understand this, it was not until I attended The Mattie Nottage School of Deliverance that I got a full grasp of what truth really is… See the reason this concept of truth is so difficult for us to grasp is because our enemy, the devil, is a liar and is actively working to keep the truth from us. The enemy has two powerful weapons; one of those weapons is fear, and the other weapon is deception. Deception only damages us spiritually when we believe in the devil's lies. Fear is not so much of a problem when we know the truth and refuse to believe these lies. People in bondage tend to be dishonest and insincere and it is the dishonesty that continue to holds us in bondage and keep us away from the will of God for our lives .We must be truly willing to obey Gods word, so that He will lead us away from any bondage that holds us back in life, having to make the same mistakes over and over again
Ephesians 6:14-15 says “Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.
We cannot worship God if our relationship with Him is built upon lies. We cannot ever be free if we do not receive His Grace by faith and develop the kind of love for the Father that makes us want to please Him. God is pleased when we are obedient and truthful with Him, with ourselves and with other persons. Jesus said in
John 8:31-32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
The truth flows from God and if he lives in us then automatically the truth will live in us. God gives His children the ability to understand what is true and what is false. He speaks the truth to us through His Son Jesus, His Holy Spirit and His written Word (the Bible). Everything the Father tells us is true. This is why It is so important to have a personal relationship with God and get to know him better.

Even in the Darkest Hour God’s way is there to Light your Path

Even in the Darkest Hour God’s way is there to Light your Path
YOU ARE never ALONE!!

Sometimes it may seem like the enemy surrounds you everywhere, it may be that moment in your life that you feel alone. These are the times when no one on earth can truly understand what we are feeling and why, There are even times when you may try to find comfort in friends, in family, or even in our spiritual leaders, but for the most part of it, non one is there when you really need someone to talk to.
During these times even thou it may not seem so, God is right there
You may feel God is no where near, But God wants you to remember that he will never leave you by yourself; he will never forsake you, he knows your pain and every situation you go through and he is there to help you and most of all to heal you every where you hurt Isaiah 43:2 he said ; "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you.
2 Thessalonians 1:4 (KJV): So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure
It proves that the savior knew that we would go through some rough time, but he also wanted to let us know that whatever situation we faced, He would be our shelter to us and he will be with us.
If you believe this, then you need not be afraid to be led into the future, because we are confident that we won't face it alone and that whatever the future may hold, the Shepherd goes ahead of us, preparing the way, turning even the most difficult circumstances into an abundant blessing
David showed much confidence when he said in Psalms 23:4 “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me." David was sure that God was with him and because of his confidence he did not fear any evil that may seem to rise up against him He knew that he was not alone, even in his darkest hour God would be there .
God wants us to trust him, no matter what situation we go through, he wants us to have faith in him and not to be moved by the things we go through.
1 Peter 4:12-13 (KJV): Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
So be confident that whatever your dark hour may be, you won't face it alone, God wants you to cast your care on him because he cares for you He wants you to know that no matter what situation you face he is there and his way is there to light your path.

With strength and wisdom to guide you to the light from your shadow of darkness. Be strong; be brave for God is right there with you!

My testimony... (I share this everywhere )

You can see the annointing on a person's life and you can watch them grow in Christ, preach the Gospel and lead others to Christ. But one thing for sure, the person you are looking at that is walking in the will of God and doing His work. has been though something that could have taken them out. some of us have been to hell and back but we are here today because the grace and mercies of God . God kept us and He had and still have a great call and plan  on our lives.

Below is a preview of my story and How God kept me even when I didn't want to be kept.

I grew up in a small neighborhood in St. Ann Jamaica with my mom and step dad I am the youngest of six children, Thou born in the Bahamas I didn't know anything about the Bahamas or any of my family in the Bahamas. My mom and I weren't close and so we didn't talk about a lot of things. And there were just some question I didn’t ask

My mother and stepfather had owned business and so they were both gone early in the morning and didn’t come back until night, which also meant while at home I was alone. At an early age I came to realize I had the gift of dreaming and interpreting dreams, and so by the time I began to share my dreams with others I would find out that it would be very fascinated to not just them but to me also. I gave my life to Christ and got baptize in a Church of Christ we attended at an early age of  13, shortly after my baptism I went off to a school where I boarded  school. I went home every other weekend, with the exception of some weekends where I would go home more often.

One weekend while staying over I went out with a friend I had known from my hometown and it was then that I met Larona an older lady, who was not from Jamaica but spent a lot of time travelling back and forth  and had a lot of connections not just in Jamaica but over the world. She  played the role of a good friend a mother , and a sister in my life. Not long after meeting her I moved back home to attend a school closer to home and that also meant I was closer to her, since she as well was not far from my home town.

She would later introduce me to the occult lifestyle. The moment I said yes was the moment I had opened my spirit to everything the devil had to offer. I began to read Tarot cards and started to dabbling the occult. I was even able to build my own cliental base.

I became advanced and after a year and a day of studying and educating myself in basically all the religion that practiced magic and how they did it. I began that practice and later became a professional. I had no interest in anything else but that and school at the time meant nothing to me but a place of good friendships and socializing

I was able to work on my own and also had people of all age group consulting me. This was something that most of m

Of course things had begun to change with me, not just spiritually but as a person and the only persons who knew what was going with me were the people in the occult circle. My  mother, had suspected that all the changes I was going through had to be that I was on  drugs and that maybe I was addicted to some form of drugs or maybe selling drugs, since she often heard people came to me all the time. Some  how she knew some of the names  but she didn’t know the real story.

The selling of drugs or the taking of drugs was far from the truth, but at the time, I didn't really care what persons thought about me or was saying. Because my love for everyone had gone and I was so consumed by the life of the occult that it was sucking me in more by the day .

At the age of 16  My mom brought me back to the Bahamas, I kept up with the regular  excise of the occult until Larona was able to get to me.

There were time I wasn't able to do much practice. But  When I started to practice and gained clients I started to do that almost as a living, and before I knew it it was my life. I started to do a wide rage of Tarot card reading, and spiritual cleaning for people and their homes, I also did a other spells . I was hired along with a few friends that I had trained to read cards, to come and read tarot cards at functions that were done here in the Bahamas for some mayor USA Based company that were meeting up her in the Bahamas .

By the time I had became an adult I would start to tell friends what it was that I was doing and would also practice for some of them.  However I did have a lot of Christian friends some of whom would make it clear to me that what I was doing was wrong and that one day God was going to change me to do a work for him.  Even thou I didn’t see it then, but today I thank God for them .

In early 2007, after doing a series of the biggest readings I have ever done in my life for a major US based company, I came home and didn't want to talk about my night, and neither did I want to read for anyone for the rest of the week, I just felt tired. Spirituality, Physical and mentally tired. And for the first time in my life I didn't want to do any of what I was doing anymore . There was a strong conviction going on within me, one that no one who knew that side of me would have understood, and so I had turned to someone for help, who would later send me to a Lady Rev. who said she would help me pull through what I was going through, but instead of helping me she wanted me to help her out with magical spells and witchcraft because of some situations and problems she was having of her own, When I wouldn't she insisted that I teach her what I knew so she could at least help her .She had so much ungodly things going on with her it was too much I had to expose her. I was disappointed, but I was not about to give up the fact that I wanted to change and wanted to have God as part of my life. I began to pray and cry out to God for help, asking him to have mercy on me to help me out, help me with a job so I would have less spare time or no time to do what I was doing. Shortly after God allowed me to mysteriously find a particular Ministry. Yes I was a member of another church and it was not that my church was not preaching the word to me, or it was not that they agreed on what I was doing, because the few who knew my lifestyle would encourage me all the time to stop, and to turn to Christ, however for me I was not ready and I knew because I had found so much comfort in the church I was a member, I knew I had to step out in order to get help. Where I spoke to someone on the telephone, while waiting to meet with the pastor, I got a Job, paying me the same amount that I was asking God for and the hours were the same . Even thou I knew I wanted change it was hard to let go of some of the things of the occult right away and when I went to meet her to talk I wore the Pentagram I have always worn around my neck and I also had other things that represented the occult in my bag, However that was that day, that very afternoon that my life had began to change and it was there that I made a commitment with God that I would never look back, once he took me through. Yes I had a lot of ups and downs, I had many fights spiritual, I was rejected, Ostersized , criticized and looked down at,  I had a lot of sleepless night, many attacks from the enemy, everything circumstance that could have rise up against me did. But I had made up in my mine no matter what the circumstances where I knew and still know that God is on my side and he would see me through, he is in Control of every situation in my life. And he was going to see me through. Because he promised me that I want to say to say to anyone out there who is going down the wrong path …. I have tried it all … Things can never guarantee eternal life, financial gain, lust, personal profit, greediness, selfishness, etc. All the things that we are tempted by the devil with. So we must stand strong and put on the armor of the Lord and never sell our souls to the devil for temporary satisfaction. The only way you can lose your soul, is by choosing to deny Jesus Christ. How we spend our time in this life and what we put first is all a matter of priorities. We can put our own desires and wants first, or we can put God first. It is up to us to choose…. Jesus came to set the captives free. He came to remove sin's chain, so that we may know comfort, eternal security and peace with God through Him. His sacrifice made on the cross, long ago, was for the forgiveness of all believers' sins. He came to offer this freedom to every one of us. Some of us will believe and gladly accept Him, and some of us will not. Those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died on the cross for their sins, and rose from the dead, can ask God to forgive their sins and to remove their chain. This is the Truth. This is what's known as the Gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
